Specialist Paediatric Cardiac Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery to join a leading hospital in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of complex cardiac surgeries on pediatric patients, including both corrective and palliative procedures. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensive care specialists, and nurses to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative stages.

The successful candidate will also be involved in developing and implementing surgical protocols, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and participating in teaching, mentoring, and research activities. Medical/Hospital

- Western Board (American, CCT UK, Australian, or any equivalent Western Board)
- Fellowship or additional certification in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Consultant/Specialist in pediatric cardiac surgery
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License or eligibility to get one.
