Consultant Urologist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Urologist with Robotic Surgery experience to join a leading healthcare institution in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert care in the diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of a wide range of urological conditions, utilizing both conventional and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

The role involves performing advanced urological procedures, including robotic-assisted surgeries for benign and malignant urological conditions. The Consultant will manage complex urological cases, provide outpatient and inpatient care, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment and optimal clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include outpatient clinic duties, elective and emergency urological procedures, patient follow-up, participation in on-call services, clinical governance, and contribution to quality improvement initiatives, surgical education, and research where applicable.

Medical/Hospital

• Recognised specialist qualification in Urology (CCT, CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent recognised by UAE health authorities).
• Minimum 3+ years of Consultant-level experience in Urology.
• Strong experience in robotic-assisted urological surgery.
• Expertise in managing both benign and oncological urological conditions.
• Experience in minimally invasive and laparoscopic urological procedures is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
