Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant ENT (Otolaryngologist) to join a leading healthcare institution in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert care in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.

The role involves evaluating and managing both adult and pediatric ENT disorders, performing advanced ENT surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. The Consultant will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and optimal clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include outpatient clinic duties, elective and emergency ENT procedures, patient follow-up, participation in on-call services, and contribution to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and the education and mentoring of junior medical staff.

Medical/Hospital

• Recognised consultant qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT) (CCT, CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, or equivalent recognised by UAE health authorities).
• Minimum 3+ years of Consultant-level experience in ENT.
• Strong experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions.
• Experience in advanced ENT surgical procedures; subspecialty expertise is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
